Vanzetti has broad experience in the field of unfair competition and antitrust law. The firm follows and has followed cases relating to all types of unfair competition, in particular cases of misleading and comparative advertising, trade secrets and employee poaching, trade disparagement and misappropriation of qualities, slavish imitation and, in general, unfair competition arising from confusion.

Vanzetti recently obtained one of the first Italian rulings in the field of the protection of the appearance of goods and their packaging against copying and parasitism (the so-called “look-alikes”).

The firm has also accrued vast experience in non-competition agreements and, in this field, has successfully defended leading firms, obtaining injunctions and compensation orders for breach of such agreements.
