AVV. PROF. FERNANDO LEONINI
Born in Milan on March 25, 1952 and graduated in Law in 1977 (magna cum laude) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan with a thesis in I.P. Law supervised by Prof. Adriano Vanzetti, he obtained a scholarship from C.N.R. regarding the protection of marks, which was carried out under the direction of prof. A. Vanzetti.
University researcher at the Faculty of Law of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore - Milan from 1981 until 1992.
Associate Professor of I.P. Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Messina from 1992 until 1996. Since 1996 he is associate professor of I.P. Law at the Faculty of Law of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore - Piacenza, where he is also lecturer of Insolvency law.
Since 1977 he is part of the editorial board of the Review "Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale" founded by Prof. A. Vanzetti.
Lawyer in Milan since 1982, with experience in both commercial and bankruptcy law and in I.P. law.
Since 2009 he is member of the Giurì di Autodisciplina pubblicitaria.
